I called TDL to repair my entry door in my 1930's-era apartment. I'm very happy with the customer service and the skill & care applied to the job. The folks in the office were able to schedule an estimate quickly, and Trevor offered expert advice with an attention towards maintaining the appearance of the vintage door (which was very important to me).
Trevor is a real craftsman with eye for detail and years of experience is this business. He was hard-working and professional, and he even vacuumed up all the dust and debris before leaving! I was so impressed that I recommended TDL to my employer for a repair to an exterior door, and we were thrilled with the price and quality of that job as well. TDL is great! And I look forward to working with them again should a need arise

Trevor was terrific! I sent an initial general inquiry email on a Sunday night and Trevor called me back right away Monday morning. He quickly got to the point, provided multiple options and written quotes (all at a great price), and promptly scheduled a time to come over for a pre-inspection to ensure everything we talked about and confirm measurements. He was on top of it all and came back less than a week later to do the install. He dropped the door off a day early giving me time to prep/paint and was back the next day to do the actual install work.
Our house is a bit older (originally 1930’s), so we had some unusual heights and a couple concrete gaps that needed repair too. Trevor made the door fit no problem and took care of the other repairs as well. Prior to this work we had some noticeable gaps and not a tight seal - again, with the new door Trevor fixed all this.
Lastly, he was a great dude! Super polite, professional when needed, and a refreshing attitude from a real person running a small local business rather than someone from a big corporation!
